The Women I Get to Support

A few years ago, after teaching a yoga class, one of my students—an ER doctor—said something to me that I’ve never forgotten:

“You’re not just a yoga teacher. Your class keeps me sane. Your job is just as important as mine.”

That moment changed how I see my work.

Because the women I support aren’t “just” anything.

They’re physicians and nurses.
They’re educators and professors.
They’re attorneys, executives, and business owners.
They’re caregivers, mothers, leaders.

They’re women holding families, companies, teams, and communities together—often quietly, often without recognition.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that responsibility, they’re also trying to take care of themselves.

Recently, I asked the women in my community to share what they do for work. What came back stopped me in my tracks. The depth. The range. The responsibility. The heart.

These images are just a small glimpse into the women I get to support every day.

Not because they need fixing.
Not because they aren’t capable.

But because even the strongest women deserve support.

If You See Yourself Here

If you’re looking at these and thinking,
“Yep. That’s me.”

If you’re someone who runs the show, carries a lot, and still wants to feel strong, confident, and at home in your body—

You’re exactly who I build my work for.

You don’t have to choose between being capable and feeling good.
You get to do both.

I’m endlessly honored to support women like these—and maybe, you too.

xoxo,
Kylie
